My department

        My department is spacious and clear.There are 7 hemodialysis apparatus and one CRRT machine .The colleagues here get along well with each other.I feel so lucky that I work in this department. And with the help of the nurse-manager and colleagues,i learnt how to operate the HD and CRRT very quickly.During this year, I get a lot of working experience. Now i can professionally nursing the patients to relieve their pain.
        Now our department has opened nearly half a year.Since our hospital enjoys a good reputation,more and more patients come to accept the treatment. For the convenience of the patients, we have already applied for a convenient bus to the hospital with the hope that the hospital can settle the issue as soon as possible. Now a bigger Blood purified centre is under building.I believe ,under the management of the director and nurse-manager and with the spirit of unity,our department will become much better.
